Doug Henry, one of the founders of NetGrowth Consulting, has over 20 years experience in successful business development, from Greenfield site start up operations to cultural turnarounds in manufacturing companies.

Doug has experience of establishing successful sales operations throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.  His experience also spans family-owned businesses, to much larger foreign-owned international ventures.  Doug has spent his entire career with SMEs, and therefore fully understands the pressures and limitations of the SME operations that contribute the majority of the UK economy.

At the heart of every business are the people, the employees, and it is they who make the difference.  If they are correctly nurtured and continue to grow, so too will the business.  This applies to all levels of the business, including the often very lonely business owner or managing director.  Doug has successfully implemented Quality Management Systems and Investors in People programmes, which are at the heart of successful business development.
